The 'Family Room" and Lit.....???????????

The 'Family Room" and Lit.....??????????? magnify

The Literotica 'Family Room' Puzzle

As I understand it, rape/sexual assault/non-consensual sexual activity is banned from Lit. chatrooms. This makes sense. Not only is it an illegal activity in all western countries, but also as stated in international law and through United Nations Conventions (treaties). In fact, the mere word 'rape' is automatically converted to something else; 'rape' is never uttered in Lit.

Similarly, bestiality or zoophilia is banned from Lit's chatrooms. Although zoophiliac acts are legal in some countries (Sweden, Holland) such acts are illegal in Great Britain (for penetrative acts), Canada, Australia and the USA.

So can any please explain,in a logical manner, why, in the face of all legal and moral condemnation of such acts, the Family Room is permitted to exist on Literotica???

Rape (sexual assault) bestiality (zoophobia), incest and child sexual assault/abuse are all illegal acts..but only one is allowed the free rein of fantasy in Lit. And it is the one of the three that is the most prevalent crime in terms of statistics and the
one included in International and domestic laws and the crime subject to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Why are rape and bestiality imagery and fantasy is forbidden in Litero. but why is inter-familial child sexual assault is encouraged to the extent that it has its own room???

But before You respond.. consider the following:

A child is sexually abused every four seconds. One of every 3 girls and one of every 4 boys is sexually abused by age 18. 90% of sexually abused children know and trust the perpetrator.

Offenders

Deviant sexual arousal, faulty thinking and access are the necessary components any sexual crime.

Deviant sexual arousal is the process of being sexually aroused to abnormal stimuli. There are many different types of sexual deviancy. Examples include pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyeurism, rape and obscene phone calls. The average sexual offender has three types of sexually deviant behavior.

The offender utilizes faulty thinking to rationalize his behavior. During this process the offender attempts to remove responsible from himself and place it with the victim.

The first priority of pedophiles is having sex with children. Pedophilia is generally incurable. Light sentences often result in abusers repeating their crimes.

The average pedophile sexually abuses 260 victims during his lifetime - without ever getting caught. Of the few pedophiles who are imprisoned, over 90% are arrested for the same offense after their release from prison.

Surely this is a little more serious than bonking a sheep??????

Sexual Preoccupation: Which includes ideation..

The offender escapes from stress through sexual fantasy or behavior; sexual acting-out; thoughts are dominated with deviant sexuality. When these factor interact they create an environment and preparedness to sexually abuse.

The Family Room provides a forum to normalise and allow free-rein to such fantasies..yet such fantasies are indicated as the first step in breaking down the protective barriers between adult and vulnerable child.

Incest Law and Legal Definition

Laws vary in USA by state, but generally, a person commits incest if he marries or engages in sexual intercourse with a person he knows to be, either legitimately or illegitimately:

  1. His ancestor or descendant by blood or adoption; or
  2. His brother or sister of the whole or half-blood or by adoption; or
  3. His stepchild or stepparent, while the marriage creating the relationship exists; or
  4. His aunt, uncle, nephew or niece of the whole or half-blood.

In some states incest also includes copulation or cohabitation between first cousins, but the majority of jurisdictions permit marriage between such cousins. Incest is a crime in all states, even if consensual by both parties. However, it is often related to sexual abuse since usually the younger person is a victim of the predatory sexual activities of an older relative. Statutes generally do not require the perpetrator to be a certain number of years older than the victim. Victims of incest and sexual abuse are strongly encouraged to talk to an adult they trust to protect themselves and others from further abuse and take advantage of the many resources available to help them heal.

Laws vary by state, but the following is an example of a state law dealing with aggravated incest:

"(a) Aggravated incest is:

  1. Marriage to a person who is under 18 years of age and who is known to the offender to be related to the offender as any of the following biological, step or adoptive relatives: Child, grandchild of any degree, brother, sister, half-brother, half-sister, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece; or
  2. (2) engaging in: (A) Otherwise lawful sexual intercourse or sodomy as defined by K.S.A. 21-3501 and amendments thereto; or (B) any lewd fondling, as described in subsection (a)(1) of K.S.A. 21-3503 and amendments thereto, with a person who is 16 or more years of age but under 18 years of age and who is known to the offender to be related to the offender as any of the following biological, step or adoptive relatives: Child, grandchild of any degree, brother, sister, half-brother, half-sister, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece.

(b) Aggravated incest as described in subsection (a)(2)(A) is a severity level 5, person felony. Aggravated incest as described in subsections (a)(1) and (a)(2)(B) is a severity level 7, person felony. "

Why It Takes A Whole Village To Rape A Child

A classic illustration of devolution is our laws against incest. What is the difference between sex with a child of another and a child of one's own? We all know—and the data prove—the truth. When a male (note: I do not say a "man") has sex with a neighbor's child, prison is a likely possibility. But should such a creature have sex with his own child, we euphemistically deem it "family dysfunction" and call in the therapists.

Simply put, we as a nation consider children to be the property of their parents. And we provide a special immunity to sex offenders who grow their own victims. Which is more destructive to our species: the random sexual assault of a child or the sexual assault of a child by the very individual whom all laws command to protect that child?

What is the moral, social or ethical justification from distinguishing sexual assault by blood relationship of the victim to the perpetrator? We can come to but one conclusion: The laws against incest exist not to protect children but to protect predators.

Yes, our human race remains the only one that tolerates nonprotective parents and same-species predators.... Unless we, as a society, start asking that question, we will continue our "evolution" until we have lost our humanity.

So why is the 'Family Room' tolerated in Literotica?

Why??
